Papa and Patty got home from their mission on Thursday. Friday evening the party renting the pool was an earlier party, and was done by 8pm, so we met there afterward for some cake and swimming. Friday was also Jonathan's birthday. So glad they're home!P.S. Abbey had this 3-tier cake planned for months. Too bad the follow-through wasn't as great as her design. I'm sure we'll have plenty more opportunities to sharpen our cake decorating skills.
