On the day he turned 18 months old (yesterday), I finally gave James his first haircut. I hate the transition from baby hair to little boy hair- it's never the same. So, I put it off as long as I could. It was getting pretty scraggly. He laughed through the buzzer part, and had a hard time sitting still for the scissors part, and was so glad when it was over. He looks very handsome
